Jaydin Payne: Very friendly staff and a great driving instructor!.The road test at this location is especially easy. The wait was short (for a DMV wait of course, wait was about 30 minutes). I went two years ago for my drivers test. Alex Kwasniewski: In terms of DMV’s, this is the best one you can get in the Rockford area.The employees do a great job moving the people along. There were moms and their daughters in lawn chairs here since 4:00AM. I wish they had signage showing the line process. Everyone was nice, helpful, and honestly funny. They were busy but everyone was handled timely. Karna Patel: This is the only good dmv I’ve ever been to.I would recommend anybody looking to get their CDL to take their test here Blake Benesh: Took my CDL test here a couple years ago and the gentlemen that was giving me my test was extremely polite and patient.
Get you in and out quickly even as busy as they are. Angela Newman: Very efficient and professional.I have been to many different DMV‘s And almost always been treated With disrespect. It is this kind of kindness like Lori that make this DMV so awesome. All I can tell you is my instructors name is Lori, and she was so kind, and polite and very patient, and professional.
